EDUCATION & RESEARCH STAFF

Ukrainian University is looking for Ukrainian qualified professors and scholars who would like to contribute to the development of curricula, regular and special courses for our future students.

The main criteria, which should be guided and which is a prerequisite for participation in Ukrainian University education, research and outreach projects.

Your programs, regular and special courses should be in text, video or audio format (or in all possible formats) and designed for online distribution, learning and testing. Details we will discuss individually as soon as we receive and review your proposals.

We need:

– Outreach projects to be shared across the Ukrainian University platform. Later on, Ukrainian University will develop standard formats. These projects are going to be actual promoting engine for education courses;

– Education projects to be offered via Ukrainian University platform and will be sold to those interested Ukrainian University students. Half received fees for programs, regular and special courses Ukrainian University will pay to authors and half will use to cover its expenses. To participate in education projects, the participants have to take an respectful part in outreach projects;

– Research projects exclusively and suitably executed for publication on a separate Ukrainian University site (requirements for manuscripts are standard). This site is going to be intended solely for scientific publications and will have the status of official publications. Publishing shell be done at Ukrainian University expense with no author’s compensation.

All projects received initially are going to be considered by a specially appointed Ukrainian University temporary board and, if necessary, be sent to an external review.

Eventually all the education project will be discussed and approved by an Ukrainian University education board, and research – by a research board.

To join Ukrainian University faculty, candidates are invited to submit the following documents (in Ukrainian and / or English):
1. Cover Letter
2. Resume
3. Autobiography
4. Photocopies (scans) of diplomas and certificates
5. Bibliography
6. Photo (two)
7. A brief synopsis of the proposed course
8. Two recommendations by independent experts with objective assessments of candidate’s education and research, business and personal qualities (in particular, deficiencies).

Documents #1 to #7 are to be e-mailed by candidates with a course title in the subject line to Ukrainian University president’s office. Applicants shall be responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided. Otherwise an application will be withdrawn from consideration.

Recommendations of experts are to be sent by experts themselves from their personal or work e-mail addresses with a candidate name in in the subject line to Ukrainian University president’s office. It’s advised that expert do not have their recommendation texts available to candidates. In case of violation of this advice, an application may be withdrawn from consideration.

Since we are in the formation stage, the timing of consideration of applications and proposals are not limited timely.
